missrecalled_memoriesMany wise, and unwise people have many times said "Wishes come true, not free" and the Modsquad decided to run with it! What does that mean for you? That means you can use all that loverly bonus AC you've been acquiring to get items for your character.
Usually the phrase means that wishes come with strings attached that you might not have been aware of, right? And this is a place for you to post when you've already done the threading to earn stuff. So it shouldn't be ominous at all, right? Right?
Have you met your mods?
Anyway! This is a place to post your wishlists for your characters. Most items should be from home (or from previous games if the character is CRAU) however, if a character had a temporary item from an event, or dreamed something you want them to find to freak them out, or just... this would be a cute thing for them to have... well you can put some of those on your wishlist too! After all, a dream is a wish your mun makes, when you're fast asleep. That's how the song goes, right?
So! How do we post this wishlist, you might ask?
Oh, thank you for asking! We were hoping someone would! Simply come up with a list of between 10 and 50 items that you'd like your character to potentially get in game. You can either just type it up below, or type it up on your character's journal and post a link; whichever works best for you, as long as it's publicly viewable. For non-obvious things, please include a description of the item that includes: what does it look like? How big is it? What if anything does it do? How important is it to your character and why? How important is it to the plot and why? Any other info you think the mods should have.
Really the more detail you can give per item the better. The mods are partially canon blind on about half the canons in this game. Please give us all the information that you can! It will really help. Especially if you pick either of the Mod Gacha options.
Please do your best to keep wishlists in, or close to, tier order and to remove items that you only wanted one of, once they are received. If you're not sure what tier a specific item falls into, please feel free to ask the mods, and we'll hap figure it out.
You may edit your list as often as you want, but please reply to your original wishlist post indicating what was changed. When calculating bonus AC mods will go with your last post that has a timestamp BEFORE AC closed.

Also, before Lel can ask, yes, you may set up a mystery for your character by stuffing their wishlist full of clues about a mystery from back home. After all... this is a list of what players want for their characters. Not necessarily what the characters want for themselves.
What can be wished for varies based on location, after all we don't want to break the setting quite so easily. But there are somethings that will not be granted in either place as well.
No, no matter where:
-Anything game/setting breaking
-Firearms
-Explosives designed to do harm, strong enough to do harm to a person. (In other words, fireworks may be okay on a case by case basis though someone can get hurt badly with them, but a stick of TNT or C40 will not be allowed.)
-Weapons of Mass Distruction
-Unlimited resource granters. Sorry, no unlimited cornucopia of food, no replicators.
-Vehicles large enough to be ridden inside of (this one may change over time due to player activity)
-Anything larger than your character excepting only something that is larger than the character because it is meant to be worn by the character. (For example, Tony Stark could ask for his Hulkbuster armor. It would be nerfed/not allowed due to being weapons and the flying limitation, but it works as an example.) EDIT AS OF 2024 THAT MAY BE SHORT TERM - LARGER SUMMONS MAY BE ALLOWED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, CHECK WITH THE MOD!
-Animals larger than the character (an exception may be made for horses on the Auradon side pending potential character actions)
-Sentient and sapient creatures/characters unless they are specifically bonded/secondary to that character. (For example Usagi Tsukino could request Luna so long as no one has her reserved/apped, but could not request Diana.)
No in Audadon:
-No quantity of food larger than one serving for each character in Auradon. Ingredients to make food will come in containers/sizes typical of what one might fine in a supermarket. If a player requests a recipe with multiple Ingredients, they may get store containers of the different items. Or... the magical equivalent of Hello Fresh. But if you request just a bag of sugar, it will probably be a 5 pound bag sooner than a Costco sized bag.
-No booze in a high enough quantity to get the requesting character drunk.
-No shelf stable drinks in a quantity larger than 2 days worth if shared amongst everyone in Auradon.
No on the Isle:
-No quantity of food larger than a half meal under normal conditions. (But if you guys are rationing, it might last longer or be able to be shared.)
-No quantity of potable liquid in excess of what your character could reasonably be expected to drink in a single day under non-isle conditions
-Nothing that can make fire without effort
-Nothing that is specifically a power source
-No booze in a quantity larger than a single shot glass - glass not included, hope you found a cup!
What can you get that you might think you couldn't?
-Things your character didn't know existed but will still emotionally impact them - "Wait, what do you mean my mother/father kept a journal when she was my age?!" "Who... who took this photo of us?!" (Please remember that higher emotional impact will increase the cost.)
-Something that is canon unique that your character would have a strong reaction to, that never belonged to your character so long as all of the following are true: It does not currently exist in game, no character with a grater claim to the item is either in game, reserved, or has a pending app. (For example, Nadeshiko could have the Humpty Lock on her wishlist. However, if someone reserves Amu, Tadase, or Ikuto, Nadeshiko will have to remove the lock from her list and cannot spend AC points on it.) PLEASE NOTE there is an exception to this rule - if it is another character's SIGNATURE item and/or magically bonded to another character, then the mods may reject this request. For example, no one can claim King Mickey's Keyblade other than King Mickey. No one could request Ren Tsuruga's watch other than Ren Tsuruga.
-Familiars! Even if sentient!
-Animal/creature companions - if they are canonically bonded/nearly always with the character in question. So if someone grabbed Amu from Shugo Chara and came in with Ran, Miki, and Su, they can request Dia, because Dia is canonically hers later in game.
-Non sentient pets from home/prior games that are smaller than the character.
-Animals from home/other games even if they didn't belong to the character, so long as they are non sentient and smaller than the character.
How do items arrive?
The requested items will appear at some point overnight, next to a character's bed/sleeping spot, or some other place they're likely to notice it immediately upon waking. If a character doesn't sleep or just happens to be pulling an all-nighter for whatever reason, the item will appear when they happen to be looking somewhere else. If they're quick enough looking back, though, they may catch a glimpse of some fading gold sparkles surrounding the item. Animals too large or awkward to comfortably negotiate indoor spaces meant for humans will appear outside a character's window or in the nearest convenient outdoor space.

Date: 2023-03-02 06:14 am (UTC)1 Point- Standard Mod Gacha: An item that would fit within the Basic tier, chosen by the mods. May or may not be something on your character's wishlist.
2 Points- Basic Tier: Small items, non-food/drink, non-sentimental, non magical Small things that could fit in a backpack. One small thing or one reasonable set that remains small.
Examples: a set of glitter pens, a random coffee mug, a random clothing item
4 Points- Sparkle Tier: The same size as Basic, however these items can have some small amount of magic and/or sentimental value.
Examples include: maybe a small figurine that reminds the character of a pet they once had, a collection of photos of people the character hadn't thought of in a long while. A D&D style wand with only one or two charges of a very low level spell.
8 Points - Consumables Tier: Food and drinks in accordance to the rules and limits stared above for each location. Also this could be small quantities of non-volatile chemicals, a small group of inexpensive gems, bits of metal. Basically if you are working on a small project or want to share your fave food from home, this may be the place for you!
10 Points- Shiny Mod Gacha: An item that would fit within any tier up to and including Shine Tier, chosen by the mods. May or may not be something from your character's wishlist.
16 Points- Shine Tier: items that could fit into an average suitcase if not alive. This category allows for significant sentimental value items, OR items of moderate magical value. Again please note that nothing here can break setting rules. This category also allows for non-sentient pets about the size of a medium-sized dog or smaller.
Examples include: A photo album of photos of you with your best friend, Your cat from back home, and yes a certain targ.
30 Points- Glowing Tier:- Items at the same size scale as Shine, but that can have both moderate magical AND strong sentimental value. For animals this tier allows for non-sentient pets of the largest size currently allowable in game (this may change as the game progresses, of course.)
Examples include: Mal's spell book/journal from her previous game. Your pet horse. A bracelet your beloved gave you that holds a medium level protection spell.
45 Points- Palace Pets Tier: Sentient but non-magical pets/familiars of any size up to the game's maximum allowable size. Magical here is a less firm term, and can be discussed with the mods on a case by case basis - for example various pokemon or Culdcept Cards. Please note, legendary Pokemon cannot be claimed in this way.
Examples: Team Rocket's Meowth if you are playing Jessie or James.
60 Points- Friend Like Me Tier: Basically anything too large/powerful/unique for any previous tier so long as it does not break the game or any of the game or setting rules. Please review the lists above. Canon MacGuffins can be here so long as it is not already in game, if it is unique, and the character it is requested for has ever had ownership of it.
Examples: Roxas arrived with only one Keyblade? Here's his other. Kaylin's familiar Hope has arrived! (Please note for magical creatures they may also be nerfed for game balance. Please ask the mods if you have any questions!) This would be any of Sailor Moon's transformation items she didn't arrive with. Tadase could use this to get the Humpty Lock, since he had been in possession of it at some point.
75 Points- Royal Tier: This is is where MacGuffins and other items and pets that the character has no real right to could be obtained, so long as they don't make another character unplayable and are not game breaking and not already in the game if unique. PLEASE NOTE - THIS ITEM CANNOT BE LEFT BEHIND WHEN A CHARACTER VANISHES.
Examples: Lea gets Xigbar's arrow guns. Nadeshiko gets the Humpty lock even though she never had it in her hands in canon. This would be Sailor V collecting the silver millennium crystal. A character get's their ex's favorite mug to shatter it into bits.. or to savor drinking out of the stupid mug that they got dumped over drinking out of without permission!

Date: 2023-10-16 07:42 pm (UTC)1. Cell Phone – while obviously it can’t be used to call anyone as Morgana is on the Isle, it’s main function in game will just be like a photo album where she can look over pictures of Gosayln, Launchpad, Drake and Darkwing.
2. A pair of speakers – medium sized, but will still need electricity, so because of the Isle’s lack of constant electricity, they’re more for decoration than use.
3. Microphone stand – see above for function.
4. Book of Spells – a spell book Morgana stole from her family home. Without her own magic to fuel it, the book is essentially useless. She uses it as autograph paper and to jot down song lyrics instead.
5. Coffin – Morgana’s bed. It’s much comfier than it looks.
6. Misc. Outfits – Since she no longer can magically change outfits (RUDE, BY THE WAY) she’ll need to have separate clothes for performing, casual wear, jammies, and the occasional heist.
7. Portable spotlight – Again, more for decoration than function. Diva is constantly wishing for electricity that she will instantly waste.
8. Beauty products – Without magic to change her looks (AGAIN, SUPER RUDE) a girl must keep her beauty manually. Stuff like nail files, lipstick, eyeshadow, etc.
9. Cauldron – While she’s certain she can’t brew a decent potion here, it is still the way she tends to cook most meals. Might also work for doing laundry.
10. Darkwing’s hat. Something for her to cuddle with at night. And for no one to ever, ever, EVER find out about.

Date: 2023-12-07 06:37 am (UTC)1 Faerie Apples: Contrary to expectations, there's nothing magical about them; they're just a normal apple varietal native to the Twelveswood. Pretty tasty though!
2 Serpent Private's Spear: One of the best spears available at level 30 in game, while also being ironic enough to annoy him.
3 Toadskin Leg Guards: Knee-high leather boots made from the skin of a gigantoad.
4 Wayward Hatchling: This little guy. About the size of a small-medium dog, this little guy will loyally follow at the heels of any adventurer. And who knows, maybe here he can actually grow up into a full fledged chocobo!
5 His father's lute: Foulques himself doesn't play, currently, so this is mostly for sentimental value, but who knows? Getting it might inspire him to learn.
6 Modern Mogseat A big, squishy moogle-themed beanbag-type chair. To quote the in game description- "Those who sit in this chair may be unable to get up again, but consider─will they really need to?"
7 Circles of Leather: Well tanned but very basic circles of leather, ready to be cut and made into stuff. (One circle=One deer or similar sized animal hide worth of leather)
8 Bottle(s) of Mun-Tuy Sauce: A flavorful liquid made from salt and fermented mun-tuy beans. A popular condiment in the Twelveswood, used very similarly to soy sauce on Earth.
9 Elementally Aspected Shards (Various) Small shards of crystalized aether aspected to one of the six elements- Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Ice, or Lightning. Normally used in crafting/synthesis, though in game it's possible that other uses could be found.
10 Fishing gear (Various): Rods and reels, sets of lures, crab traps, etc. Useful no matter where he happens to be.
11 Eel Pie: Plump, protein-rich eel baked in a flaky crust. Specifically, one of the ones made by Mother Miounne, head of the Gridanian Adventurer's Guild, which are rapidly becoming popular all across the realm.
12 Gridanian Walnuts: Exactly what it says on the tin; the produce of walnut trees native to the Twelveswood.
13 Leatherworking Tools: Round knives, awls, tanning chemicals, sturdy needles, and other tools for working and shaping and working with leather.
14 Nophica Statuette: A small statuette in the image of Gridania's patron goddess, lovingly crafted from rosewood, painted with protective lacquer, and polished in such a way that it almost seems to have a warm glow under the right light.
15 Gridanian Tea: A popular blend of calming herbal tea from Gridania in the form of a box or pouch of loose leaves, ready for brewing. The resulting brew is fragrant and delicious with just a bit of honey, or just on its own.
16 Soul of the Dragoon: A soul crystal that, once equipped, will instantly upgrade him from Lancer to Dragoon and grant all of the Dragoon's baseline powers and abilities, including their famously absurd leaping ability.
17 Tiamat Armor Set: A suit of armor suitable for a dragoon. (For after the Soul of the Dragoon)

4 Mythbusters DVDs: Either the Earth version or the Radiant Garden version of this show on DVD.
5 His yellow scarf: His favorite yellow scarf from when he was a kid.

11 Chocobo Tales: A well-worn copy of a children's book featuring various stories and fairy tales, all starring chocobos. Contains such classics as The Fat Chocobo's Feast, The Golden Chocobo, and The Chocobo and the Tonberry King.
12 Jewelry making tools: A set of precision tools and molds for use in jewelry making.
13 The History of Magitech: A high-school level nonfiction book about the history and development of magitech in Radiant Garden, from the earliest applications to the the present.
